Our mission at Dolan Built is to work on projects that reflect our wide scope of expertise, while offering our clients the personal attention they need to see that their goals and visions are met.

At Dolan Built we take pride in the integrity of our work, and the enjoyment we get from working on creative and challenging projects. We are committed to each project as an opportunity to create the vision of our client and a lasting respectful relationship with all those involved. We understand that all construction projects involve tough decisions and we feel that with good communication and our professional guidance these decisions can be easier and allow for a smoother process of building.

We use practices of sustainable building on all of our projects, and strive to use sustainable building products whenever permitted by our clients. Some of our standard practices includes (but are not limited to); FCS certified lumber, material recycling, no and low VOC paints and sealants, and extensive product reviews. We feel very strongly that building sustainably is not merely a fad, but a smart building practice that with each year is growing to becoming the standard for all building. We feel very passionate that as builders we have a responsibility to lower our carbon footprint and create a healthy environment for all to dwell in.
